What can I make with limes and lime zest?

I'm feeling a little creative but I want to make something easy. I have 1 lime with its zest, 200 ml of milk and 1 litre of mango pulp. I want it to be easy for instance: no baking . I want it to be existing so no making it up and if you think I need more ingredients just answer and I'll get back to you. Please help! 10 points :)
