Military and Veterans: Which is the bigger loser and moron?

They are both morons. BTW, the US Armed Forces have no "Medal of Valor". The US Armed Forces have medals awarded for valor, but they are referred to as the Medal of Honor, the Silver Star, and the Bronze Star with V device.
