Why don't girls ask men out; women have less inhibitions than men these days?

I find girls to be more aggressive, socially, at least in the sense of having less inhibitions. Many men have way more inhibitions about many things, dancing in public, showing his body if he is not extremely fit, for example, and about things he says, which could provoke conflicts. Women shout, are loud, dance all y and slinky in public, flirt, go to the beach in a bikini that makes her look practically naked, and wear tight clothes around themselves, etc., so why don't they ask the men out; it would make it easier on all of us. The girl would get the guy she actually wants and the dude wouldn't be alone for the next 3 years trying to build his confidence up to ask a girl out. lol
