If I let my layers grow out will my hair be naturally straight again? *Best Answer?

Ok SO i had naturally straight hair. (Which I frigging loved ) And my mom said I would look great with layers and I got them and they made my hair naturally wavy=(. And everyone here on Yahoo answers told me it was my layers that did it. So If I let my layers grow out will my hair be straight again? Thanks in advanced. Please help me!
