Does anybody know anything about preeclampsia early in pregnancy?

I did ask this question already but the only answer was an answer of sympathy and not that I don't appreciate it, it's not exactly what I'm looking for. here is the issue. I'm only 14 weeks. My blood pressure was high this morning at my appointment (139/97), I have pitting edima (swelling to where you can put a dent in my leg with your finger), and I gained 10 pounds since my last visit which was at 10 weeks. They have to send my urine to the lab to see if I have protein. my question is if I do have preeclampsia this early what do they do about it? I had it with my first and second but I was not showing signs of it until my 3rd trimester. As soon as they found out I had it I was induced. obviously they can't induce me at only 14 weeks so what will they do?.
