Why won't chacha answer my txt?

When I txt chacha wiff a question, it ysyd me back saying "stuck on this survey question even tho your trying? Go to customer.relations@chacha.com, and send us an email wiff 'SURVEY' in the subject line" Whyyy won't it answer mee???!
