Where should i apply for college?

I have a 3.85 ulative GPA with a relatively higher HPA (i take a lot of AP and IB cles). I'm in the International Baccalaureate program at my school, a leader in 4 clubs/organizations and have a 2140 on SATs and a 31 on ACTs. What colleges should i apply for if i want to major in accounting and not attend graduate school?
