If someone on y!a didn't like the name you love WWYD?

Someone trying to satisfy the opinions of all the various people in this world is very ill prepared to enjoy any satisfaction in life. I am uming you mean people are asking for opinions on names for their child? If I had already settled on a name I loved for my child, who I would be thinking must spend their life ociating with it, I would only change my opinion of the name if someone brought up a credible widespread negative ociation with it, something that could affect the development of the child. On the other end, if I was someones child who found out that something so important as my name was decided on a whim by a stranger's personal opinion on yahoo answers I would be sorely disappointed.
