How to get a EBT food card?

ok soo. i need to know all the info i can about getting a EBT food card. i'm still in school, i'm 19 and i live at home with my mom. since i'm in my mom's house i'm added onto her card. but me and my fiance are moving out in dec. or jan. and i need to know about how to get my own, what all will i need to go get it, can he be added onto it. rent is going to be between $450-$465. i don't have a job right now, so only he is working. plz give me any info. you know. i don't really want to have one of these but i can't find a job around this small town so we have to do what we have to do, plz don't judge.
