Help im scared what do i do?

randomly i'll twitch. in my sleep I've been told sometimes i spazz out when i run my fingers go in random places. When i was a little i had a fever seizure on an airplane could that just be it, or is this normal I'm 14 turn 15 the 15th of April does everyone do this. is this normal for someone my age or do i need to see a doctor?
