Can anyone help me find the name and author of this book?

its a science fiction book based in the future where people dont die and they are not allowed to have children and they are injected with this medicine that doesnt let them have kids. if people have children and are discovered the children are sent to this place where they are treated badly and thats where the main character is, i think her name is anna, i cant remember, but the children are taught to hate their parents until one day a new boy is brought into that place and he tells her he knows her parents and that they love her. they plan to escape and find her parents. when they do they are chased by all the people who dont want them to get out and the headmistress of the place where the children were, who is mean. later it turns out the boy who was the new arrival was the hedmistresses son. they do find annas(?) parents and they have another baby. in the end they are discovered and her parents die to save them. the boy's mother (i cant remember his name!!! maybe its peter or something or starts with a d, idk) killed herself when she found out he was her son and thus allowed him to live, a life for a life. so anna and peter (?) are left alone and they live in the house her parents had . does anyone know what the name of this book is? ive read it before but i just cant remember what its name was!
