Do traffic offences appear in a CRB?

i'm new to this system, and I'm taking this job in england where they ask for a CRB, i've had a car crash in wales in 2007, nothing major, do you think that will appear on the CRB? i really don't know... and even if it does, will it be a reason not to be offered the job? because they don't want employees to have any sort of criminal history, regardless of the nature of the "crime"... thank you
