I live in ohio in a little town and i feel like im being targeted by the police.?

Since I bought my car i've got 2 speeding tickets a parking ticket and a tint violation and now a ticket for not having a license plate on the front of the car. I own a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS and so far i've payed about $425 in fines. First of all my question is has anyone else been getting targeted in ohio like this? Second i know alot of responses are going to be stop speeding and get rid of the tint. Well let me tell you that both cases of the speeding tickets was entrapment. The one cop was hiding in a parking lot as unmarked. The second time was a Ford f-150 and he was hiding in a parking lot at a restaurant with no headlights. The first one was 54 in a 35 granted i was speeding but the speed limit changed at the bottom of a hill. The second was 8 miles over so they were both kind of shitty. The most recent one was a license plate violation and he gave me no warning just a $114 fine for not having a license plate on the front of the car. Well a couple minutes later i drove off a car ped me with no license plate on the front. Im starting to wonder if the cops are out for me. I probably have one of the nicer cars in town but isn't there a law against this kinda stuff?
